A moldable seal for conifer and azalea pruning cuts. Hanagen Cut Paster Hi is a Japanese putty-style wound sealant shaped by hand over cut surfaces. This green-cap formula is intended for conifers and azaleas, making it a useful addition to a bonsai pruning kit.

How to apply
Make the cut with a clean, sharp tool and remove loose bark, debris and sawdust. Knead a small amount of paste and press it over the cut surface or around the wound edge, smoothing it into place. Wetting your fingers helps prevent sticking. Use enough to cover the area without forcing the paste into the wound. Follow the jar directions and your species-specific pruning practice.
Keep away from children and protect clothing during application. For maples, elms and most other non-conifers, choose the white-cap deciduous formula.
