  • Production: Allow 2–7 business days for fulfillment before shipping.
  • U.S. & Canada standard shipping: Estimated transit time is 3–4 business days after fulfillment. Combined production and transit typically total 5–11 business days.
  • International shipping: Estimated transit time is 5–20 business days after fulfillment.
  • Estimated U.S. T-shirt shipping: Approximately $4.75 for the first item and $2.20 for each additional T-shirt. These are estimates, not guaranteed flat rates.
  • Damage or defects: Contact Enso Garden within 30 days of delivery or the estimated delivery date to report a damaged or defective item.
  • Returns & size exchanges: Buyer’s-remorse returns and size exchanges are not accepted because each item is made to order. Please check the available sizing information before ordering.
