18" Rectangular Purple Clay Bonsai Pot – Decorative Feet

A reddish-brown clay surface and gently rounded lip give this rectangular pot a traditional presence. Curved decorative feet lift its plain walls, adding movement beneath an otherwise restrained silhouette.

Clay & Craftsmanship

The selected option identifies a purple-clay body. Its reddish-brown surface and modeled decorative feet are visible in the photographs; no named maker or forming method is recorded.

The reddish-brown surface follows a rounded lip and smooth rectangular walls. Curved decorative feet add detail below the body without filling the sides with ornament.

The interior photograph shows two large drainage holes and four smaller openings. Its recorded usable depth is smaller than the tan paneled version, so this selection has its own measurements below.

Dimensions

• Exterior dimensions (L × W × H): 18.03 × 13.31 × 5.71 in (45.8 × 33.8 × 14.5 cm)
• Interior dimensions (L × W × D): 16.06 × 11.34 × 3.86 in (40.8 × 28.8 × 9.8 cm)

Measurements are approximate. Exterior dimensions describe the overall pot; interior dimensions describe usable planting space.

Recommended Trees & Bonsai Styles

The warm clay and broad rectangular outline can visually complement an upright pine, juniper or elm. Select a tree whose roots fit the recorded interior rather than judging by the exterior footprint.

Tree Size & Root Fit

The interior measures approximately 16.06 × 11.34 × 3.86 in (40.8 × 28.8 × 9.8 cm). Check both the root-ball width and planting depth before choosing this pot.

Use the measurements above to check the healthy root ball against the usable inside opening and planting depth. Overall dimensions include the container body and do not establish planting capacity. Confirm any missing interior measurements before ordering; do not choose a tree or reduce its roots to meet a display proportion.
